Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Returns must be initiated by contacting us at [email protected]m within the 7-day return period.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
  • Products requested for return after the 7-day window has passed.
  • Custom or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable on the product page).

Return Process

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Our support team will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned product.

If a replacement is requested and approved, we will arrange for the new product to be shipped within 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will prioritize resolving the issue through a replacement or refund.
